Regardless what you think about the guy, he still produces monster numbers.
This is EXACTLY the type of move the Twins should make.
A bold, shake up the franchise move that puts people in their seats, and instantly upgrades the offense. I'm in, who's with me?!?!?!?

I think Bonds was playing on a 1 - year contract for %15.8 million. Now, maybe he'd take less just to play, but how much less? Would the Twins pay a cancer like Bonds even $8 million, but they won't pay Hunter, the lifeline of the clubhouse $14?? Things are pretty fucked up over there at 34 Kirby Puckett place if Bonds is putting on a #25 next year and Tnutts is putting on his #48 in Arlington...
Bonds coming to the Twins would help him out tremendously. I am a Bonds supporter and always have been (saw 3 homers live at the TED in Atl when he was on his way to single season HR immortality) Bonds was not the only one but yet he seems to bear the burden of the juiced era. Our twins business template does not coincide with bringing him in, Twins need to go all in yo but refuse - this is sad
