Alright, this fascination with Nick Punto is getting borderline absurd.
How can Gardy hand the job to Punto when he has been absolute garbage all year long?!?!?
He is going to struggle to finish the year at .200, yet we are giving him the starting 2nd base job next year?!?! 2008 is going to be a lot like 2007...:(

How does a guy who is 6 foot 5, and have such a sweet swing, only have 6 HR's?!?!?! I could take the 6HR's when he was hitting 350, but if he is going to hit 295, he better start pumping out 20HR seasons...
Gardy is snubbing Casilla and proving upper mangemnet Dumb to let Luis go before seasons end saying Alexi is not ready. I love Gardy, thinking he is not the problem - he generally gets the most out of his guys that show up in his clubhouse.
