I'm gonna say it again, what if Liriano rocks out this year and we kept 57 - thinking world series, a lot of ifs but very realistic.

Yeah, we wouldn't want to have Yo winning game after game and dominating the opposition. Watched his highlights on ESPN this morning, he was dealing his changeup and striking fools out...that was a depressing thought.
It was nice seeing Garrett Jones just RAKE Joba the hut.

some lude told me yesterday yo-yo was washed up saying he would have a bad year - ummmnnn okay like whatever smart guy. how lucky were twins fan to have him on our side - ummmnnn very lucky. brocko you at the X watching HS hockey?

yep finest twins pitcher ever. this came from a cardinal as well - whose older brother pitched for the twins minors never making the show.

Playing some puck - where at? I wish I could join on this short notice.

As for Santana, he IS past his prime, although his off prime is better than most guys at their peak. We had to get rid of him - rather than risk what we did with Torii and get NOTHING for him. However, they should have taken what the Yanks first offered and ran. Melkey Cabrera would be a solid center fielder right now, and Phil Hughes would be nice to have in the rotation.

Umm...I should also state that I can barely skate. I was a mat bandit, not a puckhead.
