From Coach Carney:
I understand that some say you are only as good as the people you surround yourself with - with that in mind It is my great pleasure to announce that Mark "Hags" Jeglosky has been offered the role of Assistant Head Coach and he has accepted, a role very similar to that of Mike Tice. Mark brings a strong voice and a strong presence which I feel I may lack sometimes - a no non-sense approach, he has the innate ability to deciphyr a situation and get down to the core. I feel much assured knowing that Hags will be a major player. I feel very confident moving forward knowing if I do something that may not be in the best interest of the YC Hags will let me know or handle the situation.
Mark had this to say "I am very pleased with what I have seen in my first season as a YC. I feel very priviledged that the organization has recognized my efforts and skills and that those same efforts and skills being rewarded with a promotion. I will not abuse this and will make decisions based on the best interest of the YC"

I remember when I was officially announced as a Crow. We had the biggest get to...er... a couple guys showed up and we had beer.
Wow...What a day. It looked as though the YC was R.I.P with the temporary resignation of Coach Carney.
But now...Brocko is signed, Coach has a new contract and the EC is off his back, and Hags (me) is the New Assistant Coach.
